Somos Luz
(We are light)
Group therapy spaces are places of deepest growth. There is something magic that occurs when individuals step into a collective healing space, embrace their deepest vulnerability, and experience validation. It inspires introspection and curiosity. It can result in increased flexibility of mind; the willingness and the safety to begin to let go of beliefs or myths about ourselves that no longer serve us. It allows individuals to see themselves in a new light.
Somos Luz is a carefully curated space to ensure safety and non-judgment in the process of insight building and healing within a collective of BIPOC women and non-binary individuals. Schedule a consultation if reflecting in community speaks to you.
